How is Enterprise different from Professional?
Professional already includes the full VNDLY platform. Enterprise adds two things money can't buy on a self-serve plan: custom integrations and custom KPIs & reports that we scope and build with you — plus unlimited users, locations, e-commerce stores, and orders.
What does a custom integration cost?
It depends entirely on scope. Every integration is assessed for feasibility, then scoped and quoted before any work starts. You always know the timeline and price up front, and nothing is built until you sign off.
How long does custom work take?
Simple connections can ship in days; deeper integrations or bespoke reporting suites take longer. We agree on a realistic timeline with you during the scoping stage so there are no surprises.
Can I start on a smaller plan and upgrade later?
